The ham on the bone is made with only carefully selected legs of heavy national adult pigs, it is produced exclusively in the territory of the Sibillini National Park, where the maturation of over 18 months finds the perfect climatic balance, between humidity and local temperatures to obtain a product with a semi-sweet local taste, with an intense and pleasant aroma, the color is bright red to intense red.
On the palate it is recognized by a typical seasoned sensation, the aromatic persistence is good and the salting is balanced.
