Salame Corallina is one of the most typical cured meats of the Umbrian tradition. It is produced with selected portions of pork shoulder cleaned of excess fat and tendons and with the addition of small hand-cut lardons.
The flavor is enriched with spices typical of the norcino tradition, salt, ground pepper and whole grains and garlic pounded with white wine.
Salame Corallina is also stuffed into natural casing and tied entirely by hand. Afterwards it is left to dry for the maturing phase which lasts an average of 2 months.
SEASONING: about 60/90 days.
INGREDIENTS: Pork, salt, pepper, natural flavors.
STORAGE METHOD: Cool and dry place.

RECOMMENDED COMBINATIONS:
Particularly suitable for appetizers and aperitifs in combination with quality wines, in the local tradition of central Italy, it is especially enjoyed during Easter breakfast together with cheese pizza.
